New DUST2 META: Taking B with INSTANT B doors smoke

Ever since the changes to T-spawn on Dust2, getting mid and lower tunnels control as T can be quite difficult. Use instant xbox smokes (ropz method) and easy mid doors molotovs like shown to counter any early CT aggression. The new B doors smoke (thrown while running into upper tunnels) allows for more potent B rushes while CTs are distracted in middle. You can also run mid to B (using CT smokes from outside long) after faking an A take with xbox smoke and long flashes.
